    How do I order my meals?

    Choose your favourites from the weekly rotating menu, select the meal plan that fits your week, and place your order online.

    What meal plans are available?

    We offer 6-, 7-, 10-, and 15-meal plans, with the 10-meal plan being our most popular option.

    How long do the meals last?

    Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can freeze them for longer shelf life of 2 months.

    When and where do you deliver?

    We deliver across Niagara every Monday from 4:00–8:00 PM, with delivery available across Niagara and surrounding areas.

    Can I pick up my meals instead?

    Yes. Pickup is available at VP Eats, 495 York Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Monday from 4:00–8:00 PM or Tuesday from 11:30 AM–8:00 PM.
