We loved all of it! It was so good and could not be more convenient.
Great for seniors and so convenient to order to have come on Mondays. I don’t cook much anymore and this has been a blessing for me.

This food is 10 times better than Factor meal prep! When I say it’s good, I mean it is REALLY good! 😋 Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The only change I would make is to cook the broccoli a little longer so it’s softer. Other than that, absolutely amazing! 👏🏾

This is hands down the BEST meal prep service we have used in Niagara. My fiancé and I are very busy with work, planning a wedding and traveling, so we don’t have enough time to cook during the week. We were utilizing another meal prep service, however, their the food did not always taste fresh. We are absolutely in love with VP Eats! Every single meal I has been delicious and fresh!

We were extremely satisfied with our meals this week! This was our second time trying a meal service, but our first experience with VP Eats Meals—and what a difference! The other company completely disappointed us (that’s another story), but VP Eats really impressed both me and my wife. She’s a great cook and quite picky about other people’s food, yet she loved every dish. The meals were fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be ordering again and again. As a working couple, we don't have time to cook and prep our meals for lunch and dinner everyday. We tried this meal prep on recommendation of our colleague who follows this plan since months now. We absolutely loved the menu and the food. Its light to stomach but keeps you full for long. My favorite was Shrimp dish, my husband liked the salmon dish. Highly recommend to try it out for your convenience.
This was my first time trying it and I must say that I was very impressed. The portions were huge and the taste was on point. Very flavorful and delicious. I will definitely be trying other flavors in the near future.
Absolutely loved the food!! It was the first time we tried this meal plan and it did not disappoint!! The cob with rice and Salmon dishes were my favorite. They even have great salad with delicious sauces. I personally enjoyed my meals of the week.
My first impression was great based on the meal containers portions they have. The aroma of my meals were great and it did tempt me to try it even when i was not hungry. I ate up half of the meal for testing and I absolutely loved it.! The meals are very fresh in taste and is 100% delicious. It kept me full for long and the portion is also great.

Don't walk, run! The food was absolutely incredible. He was responsive, professional and very friendly. We ordered the shrimp and grits, the surf and turf and the peach cobbler. Everything cooked to perfection. Will definitely use him again!
Since moving from Troonto to Niagara, I’ve been exploring new meal prep options—just tried VP Eats, and I’m impressed! Larger portions mean you really get your money's worth, and depending on your diet, you might even stretch them into two servings. They deliver XL portions so its perfect for a filling meal time. My husband and I just order our favorites every week and we take these to our work place. After re-heating the meal, the taste seems to be fresh and does not lose any flavor. This plan has been easy and convenient for me so I will continue following it. The after sale service is very smooth and the chef has always been kind to me.
The meals arrived as scheduled and my hubby and I feasted for about 6 days sharing one meal as the potions were large! Due to this being my first time ordering I ordered the chicken and salmon meals. They were tasty and well seasoned. The maple salmon and the creamy mushroom chicken were our favorite. The price was right and it took the pressure off of me to cook. Loved the variety it offered!
Perfect portions! Very flavorful! Will definitely be ordering every week that I have to work moving forward. I saved tons of money not ordering DoorDash and Uber eats this week. And did not even feel groggy after lunch. I hope the menu changes every week so I won’t get bored.

The food arrived well-packaged and tasted great — not too salty or bland. I love the variety of dishes, and the portions are generous for the price. It’s also very affordable. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. It’s super convenient for my lifestyle, especially since I have a mentally demanding job and often don’t have the energy to cook after work. The meals are low in calories and healthy. My favorite so far is the baked chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli — absolutely delicious. Keep up the great work!
