How do I order my meals?
Choose your favourite meals from this week's rotating menu, select the meal plan that fits your week, and place your order online.
What meal plans are available?
We offer 6-, 7-, 10-, and 15-meal plans. The 10-meal plan is our most popular option.
When do I need to place my order?
For Monday delivery or pickup, order by Saturday at 11:59 PM. For Tuesday pickup, order by Sunday at 11:59 PM.
Can I order online anytime?
Yes. Orders can be placed online 24/7. If you miss a cutoff, your order simply moves to the next available day.

What kind of meals does VP Eats offer?
VP Eats offers fully prepared Asian-fusion meals created by Chef Rodel, featuring flavours inspired by different Asian cuisines and his Filipino roots.
What comes in each meal?
Each meal includes protein, vegetables, and carbs in one balanced portion.
Are the meals healthy?
Every meal contains fewer than 550 calories, with up to 46g of protein per meal. Full nutrition facts, including calories, protein, carbs, fat, vitamins, minerals, and allergens, are available for every meal on the menu.
Does the menu change?
Yes. The menu rotates every week, with a fresh lineup of meals so there is always something new to enjoy.

How do I prepare my meals?
Your meals arrive fresh and temperature controlled. Simply keep them refrigerated and reheat when you're ready to eat.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can freeze them for longer shelf life of 2 months.
Are the meals ready to eat?
Yes. The meals are fully prepared and designed to be ready in minutes—just open, heat, and eat.

When do you deliver?
Delivery takes place across Niagara every Monday, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Niagara and surrounding areas, including Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fort Erie, and other nearby communities. The delivery area covers roughly 30 km around the Niagara-on-the-Lake kitchen, within Canada only.
Can I pick up my meals instead of getting them delivered?
Yes. Pickup is available at VP Eats, 495 York Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Pickup is available Monday from 4:00–8:00 PM and Tuesday from 11:30 AM–8:00 PM.
What happens if I miss the delivery/order cutoff?
If you miss the applicable order cutoff, your order simply moves to the next available day.
